福岡パルコ、2027年2月に閉店へ　建物の老朽化で建て替え

全国ぜんこくでデパートなどを展開てんかいするパルコは29日にち、福岡市ふくおかし中央区ちゅうおうくにある「福岡ふくおかパルコ」を2027年ねん2月がつ末まつに閉店へいてんすると発表はっぴょうしました。

この建物たてものの本館は1936年ねんに建てられたもので、とても古ふるくなっているため、新あたらしく建て替かえることになりました。新あたらしいビルには、ライブハウスや美術館などができる計画けいかくです。

福岡市ふくおかしの天神てんじん地区ちくでは「天神てんじんビッグバン」という大規模だいきぼな街まちづくりのプロジェクトが進すすんでいます。パルコの跡地あとちもこのプロジェクトの一部いちぶとして、2030年ねんごろに新あたらしいビルがオープンする予定よていです。
