全国ぜんこくに商業施設しょうぎょうしせつを展開てんかいするパルコは29日にち、福岡市ふくおかし中央区ちゅうおうくにある「福岡ふくおかパルコ」を2027年ねん2月がつ末まつに閉店へいてんすると発表はっぴょうしました。

理由りゆうは、建物たてものがとても古ふるくなっている（老朽化ろうきゅうか）ためです。パルコは、隣となりにある西鉄福岡駅にしてつふくおかえきビルなどと一緒いっしょに、この地域ちいきを新しく作り直なおす「再開発さいかいはつ」を計画けいかくしています。これは、福岡市ふくおかしが進すすめている「天神てんじんビッグバン」というプロジェクトのひとつです。
