アイスクリームには2500年の歴史、古代ペルシャから現代まで

みなさんが大好だいすきなアイスクリームには、実じつは2500年ねんの長ながい歴史れきしがあります。

最初さいしょのアイスクリームのような食たべ物ものは、紀元前きげんぜん550年ねんごろのペルシャ（今のイラン）で生うまれました。当時とうじの人々ひとびとは、砂漠さばくに大おおきな「氷こおりの倉庫そうこ」を作つくり、一年中いちねんじゅう氷こおりを保存ほぞんしていました。そして、その氷こおりにハチミツやフルーツをのせて食たべていました。
