最高裁判所さいこうさいばんしょは25日にち、滋賀県しがけん日野町ひのちょうで約やく42年前ねんまえに起おきた強盗殺人事件ごうとうさつじんじけん、いわゆる「日野町ひのちょう事件じけん」で無期懲役むきちょうえきの判決はんけつを受うけ、服役中ふくえきちゅうに死亡しぼうした男性だんせいについて、再審さいしんを開始かいしすることを決定けっていした。
