東京電力とうきょうでんりょくは、管内かんないの再生可能さいせいかのうエネルギー事業者じぎょうしゃに対たいして初はじめて「出力制御しゅつりょくせいぎょ」を実施じっししました。太陽光発電たいようこうはつでんなどによる電力でんりょくの供給量きょうきゅうりょうが需要じゅようを大幅おおはばに上回うわまわり、電力網でんりょくもうが不安定ふあんていになるおそれがあったためです。
