麻疹ましん（はしか）、おたふく風邪かぜ、風疹ふうしんの3つの病気びょうきを同時どうじに予防よぼうできる「MMRワクチン」が、約やく30年ねんぶりに日本にほん国内こくないで使用しようできるようになることが決きまった。厚生労働省こうせいろうどうしょうが3日みっかに承認しょうにんを発表はっぴょうした。

日本にほんでは過去かこにMMRワクチンの使用しようが問題もんだいとなり、1993年ねんに接種せっしゅが中止ちゅうしされていた。その後ごは麻疹ましん・風疹ふうしんを合あわせた「MRワクチン」が使つかわれてきたが、おたふく風邪かぜ（流行性耳下腺炎りゅうこうせいじかせんえん）のワクチンは別べつに接種せっしゅする必要ひつようがあった。

今回こんかいのMMRワクチンの承認しょうにんにより、3種類しゅるいのウイルスに対たいする免疫めんえきを1回かいの接種せっしゅで得えられるようになる。医師いしの間あいだでは、子こどもへの予防接種よぼうせっしゅのスケジュールが簡略化かんりゃくかされることが期待きたいされている。
